At Kengla Utensils Ltd, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every purchase to be a positive experience. We will do our best to make things right if you are not satisfied.
- You can return most items for an exchange within 3 days of delivery, however you should contact us immediately after delivery to start the return process. Return shipping costs apply, and the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted.
- There are a few items that can’t be returned:
– Clearance items
– Gift cards
– Items you have already assembled
– Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the sale page
– Any outbound shipping charges collected on the order will not be refunded. - However, if your item is damaged on arrival of delivery or defective, these exceptions do not apply. In this case, we’ll take care of it and work with you to find the best solution.
- Make sure you check everything is in good condition while our delivery team is still there, kindly note we will not accept return if you didn’t confirm with the rider.
